At Born, Claudia is a Vice President of Business Development and specializes in creative & content focused sales in luxury, beauty & retail brands. Claudia brings15 years experience working in house with leading brands including launching Xbox to the European market, in retail special projects at Ted Baker, working with Charlotte Tilbury to create & develop Tom Ford's eponymous make up range with Estee Lauder before her own. Claudia then moved to Spring Studios, a leading high end 360 creative agency, studios & production shop as Business Director, in London & became part of the core team that launched the Tribeca studios which 1st brought her to NYC. At Spring she worked with Target on Designer Partnerships, Calvin Klein Jeans, Valextra, Versus Versace.  She is trained in creative concepting, content creation & execution and is a strategic, creative brand lead who sees aesthetic & commerce holistically helping clients stay on brand and exceed their expectations.
