Elsom is a sales and marketing veteran with over 30 years in the retail sector. Elsom joined BSA in 2010 and has responsibility for the growth strategy of National and Local Council Scout Shops and for developing and orchestrating an integrated marketing strategy for Scout Shops, including integration of an omnichannel strategy to lead the sales growth initiative and improved digital experiences of the Supply Group’s ecommerce websites: https://Scoutstuff.org and www.ScoutShop.org. Previously Elsom held several leadership positions for retailer RadioShack, transforming underperforming operations across North America and Europe. Elsom holds an MBA from Texas Christian University.
