Jenny Cheng leads PayPal’s Global Professional Services team, which focuses on end to end customer-centric technical solutions – from design to integration to technical servicing . As part of PayPal’s Customer Experience & Technology organization, Jenny’s focus is to utilize PayPal’s powerful payment platform capabilities to enable best-in-class experiences for our partners, merchants, developers, and consumers. Prior to PayPal, Jenny worked as a product development leader in both large companies and small startups, including almost 10 years as an early technology executive at Salesforce.com and as co-founder of her own startup. When not working, Jenny enjoys time with her family as well as serving on private & NFP Boards and is dedicated to seeing more diverse stories told of women in tech.
