As VP of Global Customers for the Americas region, Ryan leads an experienced team responsible for the largest customers within DHL Express. In addition he serves as the main liaison with the Customer Solutions & Innovations (CSI) division of DHL, and is the Head of the Americas E-Commerce Council; a group responsible for understanding the E-Commerce Sector, and aligning and developing solutions to meet those quickly evolving needs.
